L'Érablière Les Gouttes D'Or is seeking to increase its direct sales through an omnichannel strategy.

  • There's no digital presence. It is a mandate where we have to build all channels from A to Z.

Challenge

  • We have to connect the entire order management system to guarantee deliveries.

Solution

  • "Virtual stores" are to be deployed on different digital platforms.
