L'Érablière Les Gouttes D'Or is seeking to increase its direct sales through an omnichannel strategy.
- There's no digital presence. It is a mandate where we have to build all channels from A to Z.
Challenge
- We have to connect the entire order management system to guarantee deliveries.
Solution
- "Virtual stores" are to be deployed on different digital platforms.
Result
The mandate is currently in progress, we will be able to communicate more details at the end of 2020.
